Richard has extensive experience in operations, consultancy and contracting across numerous different sectors. He is a strategic thinker with a forte for solving difficult problems and delivering complex business change projects and programmes.
He is a chartered engineer, with a wide-range of business skills and is comfortable working at all levels within an organisation. He is a strong programme and project manager, having delivered many construction, IT and change programmes.
He has also managed and worked on numerous Price Controls, regulatory submissions, benchmarking and audits, where he has covered all key technical areas, including: strategy development, finance, performance, engineering, business cases, data submission, document production, and asset valuation.
